Facts about Atome Bakery

We are the first ready-to-bake sourdough bread & artisan pastry delivery service in US and Canada.
We want to enable anyone to have access to artisan sourdough bread, at home, even if they don’t have artisan bakeries close by.
Our concept was born out of passion for bread and the lack of artisan bakeries in cities and suburban areas.
Lucas, one of the founder, was baking daily for years before he found a solution to still eat sourdough baguettes regularly, without the hassle: ready-to-bake frozen sourdough bread and pastries.
You can bake a fresh sourdough baguette in 30min, directly from your freezer.
Our secret tool is our custom baking pan: The Atome Pan. We made it specifically so it can recreate the conditions of a baker’s oven (humidity, temperature, etc.) and bake frozen proofed dough at home, in any oven.
Our team is made of 15 bread-passionate individuals.
We started operating in 2022. We have already shipped 14,000 boxes, and have around +2000 regular bread & pastry subscribers who receive our products regularly.
We ship our products in the 10 Westernmost states of the US (WA/OR/ID/MT/WY/CO/UT/NE/AZ/CA) and 2 provinces in Canada (British-Columbia & Alberta). We plan to extend our service to all of North America.
All our breads are 100% sourdough and slow fermented to have the maximum taste and benefits, with organic flour.
We deliver directly to our customer's doors, using eco-friendly cold chain packaging and green deliveries with local partners.
